Delivery Timelines

• Dubai Orders:
  Orders placed before 01:00 PM may be eligible for same-day delivery, subject to availability.

• Other Locations:
  Delivery timelines may vary depending on the area and courier availability. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation.

All delivery times provided are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather, or courier delays.

Delivery Charges

• Orders below AED 100 are subject to a delivery charge of AED 20.

• Delivery fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Issues & Delivery Exceptions

If any of the following situations occur, Prime Market may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy:

• Products received are damaged, defective, or incorrect

• Items are missing from your order

• Orders are lost during delivery

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any issue, so we can resolve it promptly.

Promotions & Bundle Orders

• Refunds or replacements for promotional items, bundle deals, or “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” offers will be processed based on the promotional terms.

• In the case of bundle or promotional offers, all items included in the offer must be returned together to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

In rare cases where products cannot be delivered or sourced within a reasonable timeframe, Prime Market will contact you to provide an update or offer an alternative solution, including rescheduling or refund options where applicable.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address. Prime Market is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details or unavailability at the delivery location.
